Beyond Womb Work

I arrived in Sintra Portugal yesterday, and as I sit on the terrace overlooking the mountains and the ocean, I find myself in deep contemplation. This morning, my thoughts turned to the dissolution of Wise Womb Medicine Path, the school I founded to help women heal and connect with their wombs.

Over time, I have shared numerous reasons for closing the school. A primary factor was the disproportionate effort it required compared to the nourishment it provided. Students and others often felt entitled to my work and teachings, leading to significant mistreatment due to their own inability to take responsibility for their healing and lives. 

As a Medicine Woman, being pigeonholed into a single specialty did not resonate with my heart, as my gifts extend beyond womb work, beyond women, and beyond humans.

Another reason I didn’t share is the unwellness I was seeing in the Women Rising, Divine Feminine healing realms with practitioners, priestesses and the like as well as the unwellness that I have witnessed from the lineages of teachers who are sharing womb healing work. I wanted to return to the original teachings, the original teachers. 

At this age and stage of my own evolution as a Medicine Woman, I have honed the skill of listening, of attunement and am able to learn directly from the medicine itself. I no longer have. yearning to study with people specifically, I want to learn from the medicine itself. 

I am learning from a direct relationship with the medicine that interests me. This for me, after over thirty years in the field of the healing arts is right on point. 

I am not interested in someones indoctrination, in teachings that don’t share how to build a direct relationship yourself with the medicine. 

Many of the folks in my generation of healers are now unraveling the trauma we endured from the unwell lineages we studied inside of. 

The way I want to teach and share the medicine I offer is through helping folks clarify how to attune themselves to their own magic and medicine and help them to hone those skills and gain confidence in how to share their work in a right way for themselves, the medicine they are sharing and who they are sharing with.

Dissolving my school was liberating. I no longer want to operate a formal institution; I prefer sharing when it feels right and nourishing for me. This decision has allowed me to fully embrace and express all facets of my being without constraints to a specific modality or topic.
 

As a gemini I need room to be the fullness of myself, my mastery falls beyond just womb healing, just women. The art of living life of ceremony holds the FULL expression of who I am, how I live my life and the teachings I have to share with the world.
 

Having released these former structures, I am navigating a new path that lets all of my offerings emerge and take shape naturally. While I continue to share womb work—since it is an integral part of me—it no longer defines my entirety.
 

Part of this explorative journey I am on, traveling is to allow the fullness of myself to be apart of how and what I share with those that are resonant with my expression and medicine.
 

Earth Oracle Arts is where you can study with me, through the Temple of the Womb you can experience the magic of the journey into the sacred temple of the inner womb.

For those that desire to take that deeper into working with others in a right way, in a trauma-informed way you can learn through Temple of the Womb Professional Apprenticeship.

I offer a few other options for apprenticeship as well which includes Earth Spirit Medicine and Cacao Ceremonial Apprenticeship all of which are each paths to step into Ceremonial Shamanic Bodywork Apprenticeship where Wise Womb Massage is still a part of but not the main focus. 

2x a month I offer the ReMembership where the Earth Oracle Arts community and Alumni gather together for magic and healing.

My work is rooted in Earth Centered Shamanism and the way I have it all set up now you get a feel for the full breadth of my offerings. Through Naomilove.org you can get a sense for my personal 1:1 work with humans and animals from birth to the afterlife and all the stages inbetween.
