Dissolving
I have dissolved an outdated vow I once took, a vow to martyr myself for the wellbeing, needs, wants, and suffering of others.
No longer will I help others at my own expense.
No longer will I sacrifice my well-being for the benefit of others.
I reclaim my value and my worth with confidence.
It is not just okay to have boundaries—it is essential for my soul.
It is not just okay to acknowledge my needs—it is a sacred necessity.
It is not just okay to charge my worth and value—it is my fucking birthright.
I stand comfortably in asking for reciprocity, for a fair exchange for my work, my guidance, my gifts, my offerings, and my teachings.
Saying no is more than okay when it is my hearts my truth.
Letting go of what doesn’t serve me isn’t just okay—it’s vital for my evolution and wellness.
Dreaming a new dream isn’t just okay—it’s vital to my spirits breath.
