Temple of She : Womb Healing

Where the womb is honored as temple, the body as altar, and your life as holy story.

So many women live with painful periods, pelvic pain, hormonal symptoms, fertility challenges, and changes in their cycle, only to be told that what they are experiencing is normal.

For generations, women have suffered and been dismissed when seeking help, leaving many of us feeling isolated and alone in our own journeys. We have not been taught that the body is a wise, living organism.

Symptoms are one of the ways the body communicates. When we learn how to listen, they become information that helps us understand what needs care, support, or further attention.

The womb is a hollow, suspensory organ that moves in and out of optimal position. It changes with menstruation, expands during pregnancy, and continues to change through postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.

When the womb sits in a non-optimal position, the systems of flow around it can be affected, including the nervous, energetic, lymphatic, digestive, and circulatory systems.

You were an egg inside your mother when she was inside her mother's womb, creating a physical connection between three generations of women. Your story begins within this lineage, carrying both the wounds and the wisdom of the women who came before you.

The life you live has an impact on your overall health. The food you eat, the quality of your sleep, the stress you carry, your relationships, and the emotional and traumatic experiences you have moved through all influence your body. The cumulative effects can affect hormonal and reproductive health, showing up through changes in your cycle, fertility challenges, painful menstruation, and other reproductive symptoms.

It is my honor to listen to and translate the language of your body, tending to what is asking for care physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. I consider what you are experiencing, womb placement, emotional and energetic health, nourishment and daily rhythms, and the experiences that have shaped what is happening in your body today.

Through womb and abdominal massage, organ massage, Ceremonial Bodywork, somatic healing, herbal medicine, and nutritional guidance, we create a plan of care based on what you need.

I also teach you how to chart your cycle, understand your hormones, recognize what your body is communicating, and tend to yourself through Wise Womb self-applied massage. These practices help you know your body more intimately and give you ways to care for yourself between sessions.

Human Design offers another framework for understanding how you are designed to use your energy, make decisions, receive nourishment, and interact with your environment. We use this information to help create the conditions that support your individual health and well-being.

Over time, your cycle becomes something you understand rather than endure. You recognize what your body is asking for before it has to insist. You know how to tend yourself, and you have somewhere to bring what you cannot tend alone.

I walk beside you as guardian of the woman's flame, tending to the womb through the many seasons of womanhood. The Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, and Crone give us a language for understanding these passages and the ways your body, needs, sexuality, creativity, identity, and relationship with yourself change across a lifetime.

“I came to Naomi because my periods had gotten so painful that I was planning my life around them. I was used to being told that cramps were normal and had honestly stopped expecting anyone to take the pain seriously. Naomi asked me questions about my cycle that no one had ever asked me before. She worked with my belly and pelvis, taught me ways to care for myself at home, and helped me start paying attention to what was happening throughout the entire month instead of only when I was bleeding. My periods have changed, and so has my relationship with my body. I don’t dread my cycle the way I used to.” — Tessa B., Denver, Colorado

“After struggling to get pregnant, my body had started to feel like a problem I needed to solve. Everything revolved around timing, tests, appointments, and whether I was doing enough. Working with Naomi gave me a place where I could stop treating myself like a fertility project. I cried through a lot of our first session because I hadn’t realized how angry and disappointed I had become with my own body. Being cared for without another test or number attached to the experience was incredibly healing for me. I left feeling tenderness toward my womb again, which I hadn’t felt in a long time.” — Corinne J., Fort Collins, Colorado

“After I had my baby, everyone wanted to know how the baby was doing. Very few people asked how I was doing. I loved being a mother and I was also exhausted, sore, touched out, and struggling to recognize my own body. My time with Naomi was one of the first times after giving birth that the care was completely about me. I could talk about the birth, cry about parts of it that had been hard, and receive bodywork without anyone needing me. I remember driving home thinking, I’m still here. I needed to remember that I was a woman as well as somebody’s mother.” — Adrienne N., Arvada, Colorado

“I was nervous about womb work because of my history with sexual trauma. I needed to know that I could change my mind, say no, ask questions, and stay in control of what happened with my body. Naomi was very clear about that from the beginning. She checked in with me and never treated my boundaries like they were getting in the way of the work. That mattered enormously. Over time, I became less guarded in my pelvis and more comfortable receiving touch. I also became much better at saying what I want and what I don’t want outside of our sessions. I didn’t expect those two things to be so connected.” — Genevieve P., Boulder, Colorado

What You’ll Experience

Temple of She weaves together the modalities, techniques, and wisdom I have gathered through more than thirty years of practice, working with tens of thousands of women worldwide and training practitioners in my body of work.

Each session or ceremony is shaped by your intention, your needs, and what is present when you arrive. I listen to you on every level, paying attention to symptoms, sensation, movement, emotion, energy, and recurring patterns, then draw from the pathways of my work that best support you.

Understand Your Primordial Body

Human Design gives us a reference point for understanding the body you were born into before conditioning taught you to override its natural intelligence. I use your design to look at how you are meant to make decisions, use energy, receive nourishment, relate to your environment, and move through the world. This gives us a foundation for recognizing where you have moved away from your own nature and what supports greater health and coherence.

Learn the Language of Your Womb

The womb communicates through symptoms, sensations, emotions, and recurring patterns, and you can learn to interpret what she is saying. I look at symptomology, womb placement, emotional health, and the patterns showing up in your body and life. I teach you what to notice so you become an active participant in your own health and know how to tend to yourself between sessions.

Receive Hands-On Womb and Body Care

Ceremonial Bodywork brings us into direct relationship with your body through breast, womb, ovarian, abdominal, organ, and full-body massage, along with somatic healing, energy work, breath, prayer, and other hands-on practices. I listen through my hands as I work, noticing placement, movement, temperature, tension, restriction, armoring, sensation, and how your body responds throughout the session.

Support Your Health With Herbal Medicine and Nutrition

We look at your cycle, hormones, digestion, elimination, nourishment, energy, sleep, and reproductive health, then create herbal and nutritional support based on what we find. Herbs, food, flower essences, supplementation, and daily practices give you ways to continue caring for your health between sessions.

Tend Generational Patterns and Womb Memory

We explore patterns carried through the maternal line and how they have shaped your relationship with your body, sexuality, motherhood, receiving, money, pleasure, and being a woman. We also honor the wisdom, gifts, and medicine carried through your lineage.

Tend Relationships, Sexuality, and Energetic Imprints

We tend to past lovers, sexual experiences, heartbreak, boundaries, intimacy, desire, pleasure, and the places where you learned to protect yourself. Cord cutting, energy work, bodywork, prayer, and ceremony support completing what is finished and becoming clearer about what belongs to you now.

Work With the Medicine of the Rose and Mary Magdalene

The Rose and Mary Magdalene are part of the devotional and ceremonial current within Temple of She. Rose medicine, prayer, anointing, ritual, and ceremony bring another dimension to womb tending, sexuality, grief, love, devotion, and your relationship with the feminine mysteries.

Know and Honor Your Menstrual Blood

Your menstrual blood tells us about your reproductive health. We look at its color, consistency, clotting, flow, the length and rhythm of your cycle, and how you feel before, during, and after menstruation. I also teach you ways to work with your blood through prayer, ritual, and offerings to the Earth, returning reverence to a part of womanhood many of us were taught to hide or discard.

Listen to Your Womb as Oracle

The womb becomes your oracle, the holy place within that you learn to listen from. Through direct relationship with your womb, prayer, ritual, body awareness, and ceremony, you learn to ask questions, receive guidance, and deepen your trust in what you know from within.

“Perimenopause hit me harder than I expected. My periods changed, my sleep was terrible, my body felt unfamiliar, and I was angry half the time without knowing why. I went to Naomi because I wanted help with the physical symptoms, but I also needed somewhere I could talk about how strange it felt to be changing this much. She didn’t treat this stage of my life like a problem. We worked with my body, talked about what was happening, and she gave me practical ways to support myself between sessions. I feel much less at war with this season now.” — Monica F., Lakewood, Colorado

“I had a hysterectomy several years before working with Naomi and assumed womb healing wasn’t really for me anymore. I was surprised by how emotional I became when we talked about the surgery. I had dealt with the medical part and moved on, but I had never really grieved losing my uterus or talked about what that loss meant to me. Naomi gave me permission to care about it. During our work together, I was able to spend time with that part of my body again instead of treating it like an empty place I shouldn’t think about. I wish someone had told me years ago that healing after surgery could include this too.” — Felicia D., Colorado Springs, Colorado

What Happens During a Session

Before we meet, you will complete a health assessment so I can understand what is happening in your body, your health history, and what is bringing you to Temple of She. We begin our time together by talking about your intentions and what you would like support with.

I draw from the modalities, techniques, and wisdom I have gathered through more than thirty years of practice, working with women and training practitioners in women’s healing worldwide. Depending on what you are experiencing, we tend to the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual layers of what is present. Ceremonial Bodywork, Shamanic Therapy, Spiritual Healing, somatic healing, herbal medicine and nutrition, flower essences, Human Design, ritual, energy work, and other aspects of my work are woven together according to what is needed.

On the Table

The hands-on portion of Temple of She is rooted in Ceremonial Bodywork, with focused attention given to the breasts, womb, belly, ovaries, and organs as part of full-body massage and healing.

I listen through my hands as I work, paying attention to womb placement, areas asking for greater care, and what I feel and perceive through the body. Breath, sound, somatic healing, prayer, and energy work are woven into the bodywork, allowing us to tend to what is happening on more than one level at a time.

Yoni steaming is woven into Temple of She along with herbal preparations, ritual anointing, flower essences, and ceremony. What we work with is guided by the intention for the session and what arises during our time together.

There is plenty of time to rest and receive. You do not need to know what to do, perform the healing, or understand everything while it is happening. I guide our time together and tend to what is asking for care.

Integration and Continued Care

We finish by talking about what arose, what I noticed, and how to continue tending to yourself at home. Continued care includes herbal and nutritional support, flower essences, self-massage, cycle awareness, ritual, and other practices based on what we are working with.

When you are seeking support for persistent symptoms or long-standing patterns, I recommend a session at least every three weeks for three to six months. This gives us time to work consistently, follow changes from cycle to cycle, and continue tending to the different layers of what your body is communicating.

Offered in 90-minute and 2-hour sessions. For deeper tending, choose a Medicine Day or Personal Retreat below.

Heartfelt Shares : Temple of She

“I started working with Naomi during a time when I was trying to figure out what being a woman actually meant to me. I had a lot of ideas about who I was supposed to be, and I didn’t realize how much those expectations were affecting the way I felt about myself and my body. Naomi gave me room to question all of that and discover what actually felt true for me. I became more confident speaking up for myself, more comfortable in my body, and much less afraid of doing womanhood the wrong way. I also loved the way she brought the Earth and the cycles of nature into our work. It gave me a completely different way of understanding this stage of my life.” — Lila M.

“After becoming a mother, I barely recognized myself. I was exhausted, my body felt different, and almost all of my attention went toward caring for my baby. Working with Naomi gave me a place where I got to be cared for too. I could talk about how much I loved being a mother and also grieve parts of my old life that I missed. She helped me reconnect with my body and make room for myself again. I stopped feeling guilty for needing care, rest, and time that belonged to me. That changed the way I moved through those early years of motherhood.” — Mariah C.

“I came to Naomi as I was entering a later chapter of my life and dealing with changes in my body that I hadn’t expected to affect me so deeply. I wanted to honor getting older, but I was also dealing with aches, loss, and questions about who I was becoming. Naomi gave me a place to talk about all of it without trying to make aging beautiful when it didn’t feel beautiful. We tended my body and acknowledged what I had lived through, what I was ready to leave behind, and what I still wanted from my life. I came away with much more respect for my body and a genuine appreciation for the woman I am now.” — Helena V.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have a specific womb or reproductive health concern to book?

No. Temple of She is for women experiencing physical symptoms and for women who want a deeper relationship with their womb, body, sexuality, lineage, and spiritual life. You might come because of painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, fertility concerns, pelvic pain, pregnancy, postpartum changes, perimenopause, menopause, grief, sexual trauma, or a major transition in your life. You are equally welcome when your desire is to know your body more intimately and deepen your relationship with the feminine mysteries.

What happens before my first session?

If you are experiencing significant symptoms or seeking support for a reproductive health concern, we begin with a thorough health history. I want to understand your cycle, symptoms, reproductive and gynecological history, digestion, nutrition, medications and supplements, pregnancies and births, surgeries, emotional health, and what has already been tried.

I also listen for what is happening beyond the physical symptoms. Your emotional life, energetic field, relationships, family patterns, spiritual life, and the experiences your body has lived through are part of the picture. This gives me a fuller understanding of you before we begin deciding how to work together.

What happens during a Temple of She session?

Your session is shaped by your intention, what is happening in your body, and what I perceive as I work with you. Temple of She weaves together the modalities, techniques, and wisdom I have gathered through more than thirty years of tending women.

Our time draws from Ceremonial Bodywork, womb and abdominal massage, breast and ovarian massage, organ massage, somatic healing, Shamanic Therapy, Spiritual Healing, energy work, prayer, sound, ritual, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, flower essences, Human Design, cord cutting, Rose medicine, and the devotional current of Mary Magdalene.

We work with the whole woman and tend to what is present physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually.

Is this physical womb work or spiritual and energetic womb healing?

It is both. I work with the physical body through touch, massage, nutrition, herbs, and attention to your reproductive health, while also listening to the emotional, energetic, generational, and spiritual dimensions of what you are experiencing.

The womb is also tended as an energetic and spiritual center. Prayer, ceremony, cord cutting, lineage work, Rose medicine, Mary Magdalene, energy healing, and your own relationship with the womb as oracle are woven into our work. The physical and spiritual aspects of your experience belong in the same conversation.

Does every session include breast, womb, and abdominal massage?

These are part of the hands-on pathways available within Temple of She. Breast, womb, ovarian, abdominal, and organ massage are woven into your Ceremonial Bodywork according to what we are tending and the needs of your body. Consent and communication remain present throughout the session, and you are always in choice about how your body is touched.

Can Temple of She support PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, painful periods, or fertility concerns?

Yes. When symptoms are a primary reason for coming, I look at the larger picture of your reproductive health rather than isolating a single symptom. We explore your cycle, symptomology, womb placement, menstrual blood, digestion, nourishment, stress, sleep, emotional health, and relevant patterns in your history.

From there, bodywork, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, flower essences, daily practices, and the other pathways of Temple of She are woven together to support your health. This work complements your medical care and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

How does Temple of She support pregnancy?

Pregnancy changes the way I work with your body. The focus becomes supporting you as your body carries and grows your baby, tending common areas of discomfort and tension, supporting relaxation, helping you stay connected with your changing body, and preparing physically, emotionally, and spiritually for birth.

Your pregnancy care is adapted to your stage of pregnancy and obstetric history and works alongside the care you receive from your midwife, obstetrician, or other maternity provider.

Can I come postpartum?

Yes. Postpartum is one of the thresholds Temple of She was created to tend. We give attention to the enormous physical, emotional, hormonal, relational, and spiritual changes that follow birth. Your care is shaped around your recovery, birth experience, nourishment, reproductive body, nervous system, grief or joy, sexuality, and the woman you are becoming through motherhood.

What if I have had a hysterectomy or no longer have my uterus?

You are welcome. The absence of a physical uterus does not erase your reproductive history, pelvic bowl, sexuality, experiences, lineage, or relationship with your womb space. We tend the body you have now and honor the experiences that brought you here.

What if I have experienced sexual, reproductive, or gynecological trauma?

You decide what you share and how quickly we proceed. I work slowly and communicate with you throughout hands-on care. You remain in choice about touch, positioning, pace, and what we explore, and you are always welcome to ask for something to change, pause, or stop.

Trauma does not have to become the center of every session. We tend what is present and what your body is ready to work with.

How often should I receive Temple of She work?

For women seeking lasting results, especially when we are tending long-standing symptoms, reproductive health concerns, chronic patterns, or deeper emotional and energetic work, I recommend a minimum of one session every three weeks for three to six months.

The body responds to rhythm and repetition. A series of sessions gives us time to observe changes across your menstrual cycle, work with different layers as they arise, adjust herbal and nutritional support, and allow the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual work to deepen over time.

You are welcome to begin with one session and experience the work for yourself. If you decide to continue, we will establish a rhythm of care based on what we are tending together.

Should I book 90 minutes or 2 hours?

Choose 90 minutes for focused care and ongoing sessions within a series. Choose 2 hours when you want more spaciousness for Temple Time, hands-on healing, ceremony, spiritual and energetic work, and integration.

When you want to enter several layers of the work in one experience or give your body an extended period of uninterrupted tending, choose a Medicine Day or Personal Retreat.

Do you work alongside medical care?

Yes. Temple of She is complementary care. I want you to receive the medical evaluation, testing, diagnosis, and treatment you need while also having a place where your body is listened to as a whole.

If you are experiencing severe or unexplained symptoms, significant bleeding or pain, complications during pregnancy, or another condition requiring medical attention, medical care comes first. We then determine how my work belongs alongside it.

Where is Temple of She offered?

The hands-on Temple of She experience is offered in person at my Temple home in Boulder, Colorado.

Ready to begin? Choose a 90-minute or 2-hour Temple of She session below. If you have questions or are unsure which session to book, email me at aloha@naomilove.org.

Naomi Amaya Love

I am Naomi Amaya Love, Mystic Medicine Woman, Priestess, and Animal Communicator devoted to guiding you through the pain bodies and into the holy, whole, and healed self.

For more than three decades, I have walked the path of the healer. I have held thousands of ceremonies, guided others through life’s initiations, and witnessed the beauty of true transformation. My own life has been one of fire and devotion. I am the alchemy of trauma, shaped by the sacred fires of experience and guided by grace. The path has taught me that healing is not theory but embodiment, a living practice of returning to the essence of self. Every wound I have tended in myself has become medicine that now serves others.

I walk with those who feel the call to live in devotion, to move beyond grief, fear, and survival, and return to the truth of who they are. My role is to hold the sacred field of remembrance so you may live from your wholeness and strength.

Ceremonies, sessions, medicine days, retreats, mentorships, and apprenticeships offer pathways for healing and awakening. Each one meets you where you are and supports you in returning to harmony with your divine design.

I am attuned to the languages of the subtle, Earth, animals, plants, and the unseen. I listen for what has not been spoken and translate the wisdom that longs to be remembered. This is the bridge I offer, between the visible and invisible, between pain and divine embodiment.

Where the not-self dissolves, your true essence awakens. A sacred return to your holy, whole, and healed self.

Whether we meet in person or virtually, every experience is a ceremony of remembrance, a return to coherence, peace, and sacred alignment with your life.

I invite you to journey inward and awaken the holy, whole, and healed self within. Together we weave your dreams into the fabric of your life, leaving a legacy of truth, beauty, and grace.

In Devotion,
Naomi Amaya Love
