Medicine Days
&
Personal Retreats
Medicine Days and Personal Retreats give you more time and space to work with what you are moving through than a single session allows.
These immersive experiences are created for periods of change, healing, relationship work, spiritual exploration, rest, or whenever you know you need more time and attention than an ordinary session can provide.
Each experience is shaped around your intentions, needs, and desires, as well as what I see and sense in the field. The practices and medicines are chosen according to what will best support the work, creating a personalized experience rather than a set formula.
In-person experiences can also include an overnight stay at the Wild Rose Temple, giving you more time to rest and receive before returning home.
Bespoke 1:1 & Couples Packages
For ongoing support, I offer bespoke 1:1 and couples packages shaped around your particular circumstances, goals, and desired level of support. Packages may weave together sessions, Medicine Days, Personal Retreats, ceremonial work, and other offerings, with the length and structure determined together.

Messages from the Temple: Medicine Days & Retreats
“When I came for my Medicine Day, I was exhausted. I had just gone through a divorce, sold my home, and was questioning almost everything about my life. I had spent years keeping things together, and suddenly I didn’t know what came next. Naomi created the entire day around what I was going through. I didn’t have to arrive knowing what I needed or how we were going to spend our time. I could just show up and let her take care of me. We prayed, she worked with my body, we moved through ceremony, and things I had been carrying for years finally had somewhere to go. By the end of the day, I felt lighter and more like myself than I had in a long time. What surprised me was how much continued to shift afterward. In the weeks that followed, I noticed I was making decisions differently and wasn’t carrying the same heaviness into everything. My Medicine Day gave me a place to acknowledge what I had been through and begin figuring out who I was on the other side of it.” — Serena D., Boulder, Colorado
“I came to Naomi for a personal retreat after my partner died. I was deep in grief and having a hard time finding my way through everyday life. Therapy had helped me understand some of what I was experiencing, but there was so much I could still feel in my body that I couldn’t talk my way through. During the retreat, Naomi created a space where I finally felt safe enough to let some of it go. We worked with prayer, flower essences, song, and bodywork, and I was able to be with my grief without trying to explain it or make it better. There was a moment when I took a breath and felt years of tension release from my body. I saw my beloved surrounded by light, and something in me settled. I left with a sense of peace I hadn’t felt since before he died. Naomi has an extraordinary ability to stay present with you in the places that are difficult to enter alone. I felt deeply cared for throughout the entire experience.” — Isabella M., Taos, New Mexico
“I booked a multi-day retreat with Naomi when several parts of my life were changing at once. My business was going in a new direction, my marriage was uncertain, and I had reached a point where I couldn’t tell what I actually wanted anymore. I needed to get away from my everyday life long enough to hear myself. Spending those days with Naomi gave me that space. She took care of everything so I didn’t have to think about what came next or what I was supposed to be doing. We moved between ceremony, meals, conversation, bodywork, time outside, and plenty of quiet. There was room for things to come up without having to rush through them. By the time I went home, I knew what I needed to do next. I felt calmer in my body, clearer about my business and my relationship, and able to make decisions I had been avoiding for months. The retreat gave me the time and support I needed to find my own direction again.” — Tara L., Sedona, Arizona
FAQs

You don’t need to know. You simply choose the amount of time you feel called to — half-day, full-day, or multi-day — and the field itself will guide what unfolds.
Once you fill out your intentions form, I gift you a personal design reading. Together, your prayer, the reading, and the field itself will shape the journey. -
Yes. After you book, I’ll send you a detailed email with guidance on what to bring and how to prepare.
This includes physical items to support your journey, as well as suggestions to align your body, heart, and spirit before entering the field.
I’ll also provide post-ceremony integration practices so the work continues to unfold with steadiness and support. -
Integration is part of the ceremony itself.
After your retreat, I’ll provide you with guidance and practices to support your nervous system, body, and spirit as the work continues to unfold.
You’ll receive an integration email and, if desired, we can schedule follow-up support to anchor the healing into your daily life. -
They can be, but the deepest transformation happens when we walk together over time. Many clients choose to journey with me monthly or bi-monthly, weaving Medicine Days and Personal Retreats with ceremonial sessions in between. This creates a steady rhythm of healing, resourcing, and integration that anchors lasting change.
-
YES! One retreat can open profound doorways, yet the deepest transformation unfolds through rhythm and return.
When we walk together consistently — monthly or bi-monthly retreats, supported by sessions in between — the medicine anchors into your daily life, reshaping patterns at the root. -
Yes. Preparation is important for your safety and comfort. Before a Kambo ceremony, I will provide clear guidance on food, hydration, and self-care. You’ll receive an email with what to bring and how to prepare, as well as suggestions for integration afterward.
-
Yes, when approached in the right way. I create a trauma-informed ceremonial container, and only offer what your body and spirit are ready for. Safety protocols, preparation, and integration are part of every experience.

You do not need to know exactly which Medicine Day, retreat, or immersive experience is the “right” one before reaching out. My work is highly personalized and responsive to the whole person rather than fitting you into a rigid structure or formula.
Some people benefit from a single Medicine Day or retreat focused on a specific threshold, healing process, or transition. Others desire deeper continuity and choose to work together over time through ongoing sessions or bespoke 1:1 and couples packages.
If you feel unsure, we can explore what level of support may be most aligned for you during a consultation.

My work is for people who are willing to be honest with themselves, take responsibility for their healing and life, and actively participate in the process of healing.
People come to my work during seasons of grief, confusion, transition, heartbreak, exhaustion, rupture, or deep longing for change within themselves, their relationships, the way they live, work, love, and move through life. Many desire to come into deeper alignment with their divine design and begin clearing the beliefs, conditioning, patterns, and perceptions that keep them disconnected from their truth.
What matters most is your willingness to show up, reflect honestly, stay open even through resistance, and participate in the unfolding of your healing and transformation.
My work supports you in reconnecting with your own clarity, coherence, wisdom, and capacity to live in greater alignment with yourself, your relationships, and your life.
-
Feeling nervous before deeper healing work, immersive experiences, or ceremony is completely normal.
My work is grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply attuned to the body and nervous system. You are never forced into intensity, vulnerability, or emotional exposure before your system is ready.
We move with presence, discernment, and respect for your capacity, allowing healing and transformation to unfold in a way that feels supportive, embodied, and sustainable.
-
Many of the patterns people seek support around have been shaped over years or decades through conditioning, trauma, nervous system survival responses, relational pain, grief, burnout, disconnection from the body, or living out of alignment with their true nature.
Longer immersive containers create the spaciousness needed to move beyond surface-level insight and into deeper healing, embodiment, integration, nervous system recalibration, relational transformation, and meaningful change that can truly root into your life.
-
Yes. While profound healing and transformation can absolutely happen within a single session, ceremony, Medicine Day, or retreat, my work is often most impactful when we are able to build relationship and work together over time.
As trust develops and deeper layers begin to reveal themselves, we are able to work with greater precision, continuity, coherence, and depth across the many areas of your life.
For those seeking a more immersive and sustained level of support, I offer bespoke 1:1 and couples packages that may weave together private sessions, ceremonies, Medicine Days, retreats, body-based healing, spiritual guidance, integration support, and ongoing tending in a more personalized way.
