Terms of Service and Disclaimer

This section describes the scope of work, the boundaries of services, and important safety information related to ceremonial work and ketamine therapy.

Scope of Practice

I offer spiritual care, ceremonial support, somatic tending, energy work, shamanic therapy, devotional ceremony, and body-based healing. My work supports the emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects of your wellbeing.

  • I am not a medical provider.

  • I am not a psychotherapist.

  • I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.

  • I do not prescribe medication or provide medical advice. All medical and psychiatric questions must be directed to your licensed healthcare provider.

Ketamine-Related Disclaimer

Certain ceremonies offered may include client-provided prescribed sublingual ketamine.

  • Medical Oversight: Ketamine is a Schedule III controlled substance requiring a valid prescription from a licensed medical provider. All medical evaluation, dosing decisions, and instructions come only from your prescribing physician.

  • My Role: I do not prescribe, administer, or adjust ketamine dosage. I do not provide medical guidance about ketamine.

  • Safety & Interactions: Your physician determines safety regarding medical history and contraindications (such as CNS depressants, MAOIs, or certain cardiovascular/neurological conditions).

  • Potential Effects: Ketamine may produce temporary dissociation, perceptual changes, nausea, dizziness, or emotional shifts.

Ceremonial Boundaries

  • You must bring your own prescribed medicine in its original packaging.

  • You must arrive sober from alcohol and recreational substances.

  • You must arrange safe transportation home; you agree not to drive until the following day after a full night of sleep.

  • I reserve the right to pause or end a ceremony if your safety or wellbeing requires it.

Emergency Situations

Ceremonial work is not a substitute for emergency care. If you experience suicidal thoughts or intentions, you agree to contact your medical provider or emergency services immediately. If concerning symptoms arise during a ceremony, emergency medical services may be called to ensure your safety.

Use of This Website

By using this website or booking an offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, will follow medical guidance from your licensed provider, and understand the scope of my practice. No results are promised or guaranteed.

Agreements, Lineage, and Ethics

These statements are offered in service to clarity, transparency, lineage honoring, and right relationship within the work of Naomi Love and the Holy Church of Divine Light.

Engagement and Responsibility

By engaging with this work, you agree to do so as an invitation into reflection and personal discernment. The offerings are rooted in lived experience, spiritual practice, and ceremonial awareness. They are offered for educational and contemplative purposes and are not prescriptive instructions. You honor your own sovereignty and recognize that your health history and support systems are unique to you.

Lineage, Teachers, and Sources

I acknowledge that my work is shaped by many teachers, traditions, elders, and lived initiations. I honor the indigenous, earth-based, mystical, and ancestral lineages that have informed my path. I do not claim ownership over wisdom that belongs to the collective or to cultures beyond my own ancestry. I am committed to ongoing learning, humility, and ethical remembrance.

Land Acknowledgment

I record and facilitate from Boulder, Colorado, on the ancestral homelands of the Cheyenne, Arapaho, and Ute peoples. This acknowledgment is a practice of remembrance and respect—a small step within a larger responsibility of listening and right relationship.

Cultural and Spiritual Responsibility

I recognize the cultural responsibility to name land, lineage, and power dynamics. This is held as a living practice of ethical behavior and material responsibility. Spiritual practices and mystical perspectives shared are personal and professional expressions, not universal truths. You are responsible for discerning what is appropriate for you and seeking qualified support when needed.
