Terms of Service and Disclaimer

This section describes the scope of work, boundaries of service, and important safety information related to ceremonial work, somatic healing, spiritual care, and ketamine-supported ceremonies when applicable.

Scope of Practice

I offer spiritual care, ceremonial support, somatic tending, energy work, shamanic therapy, devotional ceremony, pastoral support, and body-based healing through Wild Rose Ministry.

My work supports the emotional, spiritual, energetic, relational, and ceremonial aspects of your wellbeing.

I am not a medical provider.

I am not a psychotherapist.

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.

I do not prescribe medication or provide medical advice.

All medical and psychiatric questions must be directed to your licensed healthcare provider.

Ketamine-Related Disclaimer

Certain ceremonies may include client-provided prescribed sublingual ketamine.

Medical Oversight

Ketamine is a Schedule III controlled substance requiring a valid prescription from a licensed medical provider. All medical evaluation, dosing decisions, contraindication screening, and medical instructions must come from your prescribing physician.

My Role

I do not prescribe, administer, supply, or adjust ketamine dosage. I do not provide medical guidance about ketamine.

Safety & Interactions

Your physician determines safety regarding your medical history, medications, contraindications, and possible interactions, including CNS depressants, MAOIs, cardiovascular conditions, neurological conditions, psychiatric history, or other relevant concerns.

Potential Effects

Ketamine may produce temporary dissociation, perceptual changes, nausea, dizziness, emotional shifts, altered awareness, or other physical and psychological effects.

Ceremonial Boundaries

You must bring your own prescribed medicine in its original packaging.

You must arrive sober from alcohol and recreational substances.

You must arrange safe transportation home and agree not to drive until the following day after a full night of sleep.

I reserve the right to pause, modify, or end a ceremony if safety, wellbeing, or the integrity of the space requires it.

Emergency Situations

Ceremonial work is not a substitute for emergency care.

If you experience suicidal thoughts, suicidal intentions, medical distress, psychiatric crisis, or any emergency concern, you agree to contact your medical provider, crisis support, or emergency services immediately.

If concerning symptoms arise during a ceremony, emergency medical services may be called to support your safety.

Use of This Website

By using this website or booking an offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, choices, participation, and wellbeing.

You agree to follow medical guidance from your licensed healthcare providers and understand the scope of my practice.

You honor your own sovereignty and recognize that your health history, life circumstances, and support systems are unique to you.

Lineage, Teachers, and Sources

I acknowledge that my work has been shaped by many teachers, traditions, elders, mentors, communities, lands, ancestors, and lived initiations.

I honor the Indigenous, earth-based, mystical, ancestral, devotional, and ceremonial lineages that have informed my path.

I do not claim ownership over wisdom that belongs to the collective or to cultures beyond my own ancestry.

I am committed to ongoing learning, humility, ethical remembrance, reciprocity, and right relationship.

Land Acknowledgment

I live and facilitate from Boulder, Colorado, on the ancestral homelands of the Cheyenne, Arapaho, and Ute peoples.

This acknowledgment is a practice of remembrance and respect, and part of a larger responsibility to listen, learn, repair, and remain in right relationship with the land and its original peoples.

Cultural and Spiritual Responsibility

I recognize the responsibility to name land, lineage, power dynamics, and cultural context with care.

Spiritual practices, ceremonial perspectives, and mystical teachings shared through this work are personal and professional expressions, not universal truths.

You are responsible for discerning what is appropriate for you and seeking qualified support when needed.

All website content, written descriptions, prayers, teachings, rituals, recordings, images, and accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Naomi Amaya Love and Wild Rose Ministry unless otherwise noted.

Wild Rose Ministry

Wild Rose Ministry is a 508(c)(1)(a) faith based ministry rooted in Earth Centered and Angelic Shamanism devoted to ceremonial healing, community care, education, pastoral support, and the restoration of coherence through the art of living life as ceremony.

At the heart of this ministry is the Temple of the Wild Rose, a ceremonial sanctuary offering healing sessions, ceremonies, retreats, apprenticeships, educational gatherings, pastoral care, and compassionate support for individuals, couples, families, animals, homes, land, and community.

This work exists in service to all ages and stages of life, supporting people through healing, grief, illness, caregiving, relationship change, spiritual awakening, birth, death, transition, remembrance, and the profound thresholds that shape a human life.

Through prayer, ceremony, body based healing, nervous system support, herbal and vibrational care, spiritual guidance, animal communication, and earth centered practices, this ministry helps restore deeper connection between people, the body, the Earth, community, and the sacred rhythms of life.

The greater vision of Wild Rose Ministry is to help create a more compassionate, connected, and coherent world where healing, community care, reverence for nature, meaningful spiritual support, and restorative ways of living are accessible parts of everyday life.

Scope of Practice

All services, ceremonies, retreats, mentorships, educational offerings, and gatherings offered through Naomi Amaya Love and Wild Rose Ministry are spiritual, ceremonial, somatic, educational, and pastoral in nature.

Offerings may include ceremonial healing, body based healing, prayer, ritual, nervous system support, intuitive guidance, relational facilitation, energy work, grief tending, ancestral healing, spiritual care, herbal and vibrational support, Human Design insight, animal communication, home and land tending, and earth based ceremonial practices.

This work supports the emotional, spiritual, energetic, relational, environmental, and somatic aspects of wellbeing.

Naomi Amaya Love is not acting as a licensed physician, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or medical provider within the scope of this work.

No services offered diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions. Participants remain responsible for maintaining appropriate relationships with licensed healthcare providers and seeking professional medical, psychological, legal, or emergency support when appropriate.

Temple of the Wild Rose

The Temple of the Wild Rose is a private ceremonial sanctuary and residential healing space located in Boulder, Colorado.

This space is used for healing sessions, ceremonies, retreats, educational gatherings, temple stays, pastoral support, prayer, ritual, and community care offerings.

The Temple of the Wild Rose is not a hotel, medical facility, licensed treatment center, or commercial hospitality venue.

Participation within this space is voluntary and offered within the spiritual and ministerial context of Wild Rose Ministry.

Personal Responsibility & Participation

By participating in sessions, ceremonies, retreats, memberships, apprenticeships, educational offerings, or gatherings through Wild Rose Ministry, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your choices, wellbeing, participation, communication, boundaries, and integration process.

You understand that ceremonial and somatic healing work may involve emotional release, physical sensation, altered states of awareness, psychological intensity, grief processing, relational shifts, spiritual experiences, or periods of deep reflection and transformation.

No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

Participants are encouraged to communicate clearly, seek appropriate support when needed, move at a pace aligned with their wellbeing, and tend responsibly to their emotional, physical, and psychological care throughout the process.

Sacred Medicines & Ceremonial Allies

Certain ceremonies may include ceremonial allies such as herbal preparations, flower essences, aromatic supports, ritual tools, or client provided physician prescribed sublingual ketamine.

All ceremonial allies are offered within a spiritual and ceremonial context and are not medical treatments.

Naomi Amaya Love does not prescribe, administer, diagnose, or provide medical advice regarding ketamine or controlled substances.

Participants remain fully responsible for disclosing medical history, medications, psychological history, contraindications, and safety concerns to their licensed medical providers.

Confidentiality & Integrity

Personal information shared within sessions, ceremonies, retreats, mentorships, or pastoral care spaces is treated with care and confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to self or others.

Participants are expected to honor the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of fellow participants and community members.

All teachings, written materials, recordings, prayers, rituals, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Naomi Amaya Love and Wild Rose Ministry unless otherwise stated.
