Scope of Practice

I offer spiritual care, ceremonial support, somatic tending, energy work, shamanic therapy, devotional ceremony, and body-based healing. My work supports the emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects of your wellbeing.

I am not a medical provider.
I am not a psychotherapist.
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.
I do not prescribe medication.
I do not provide medical advice.

All medical and psychiatric questions must be directed to your licensed healthcare provider.

Ketamine-Related Disclaimer

Certain ceremonies offered may include client-provided prescribed sublingual ketamine. Important clarity is required here for your safety.

Medical Oversight

• Ketamine is a Schedule III controlled substance.
• Ketamine requires a valid prescription from a licensed medical provider.
• All medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, dosing decisions, and medication instructions come only from your prescribing physician.
• You must complete a full medical evaluation and receive medical clearance prior to participating in any ketamine-assisted ceremonial work.

I do not prescribe ketamine.
I do not administer ketamine.
I do not adjust ketamine dosage.
I do not provide medical guidance about ketamine.

Medication and Interaction Safety

Your prescribing physician reviews:

• All medications you take
• Any relevant risks or contraindications

Important known interactions include:

• Central nervous system depressants such as benzodiazepines, opioids, and alcohol
• Psychostimulants
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
• Certain untreated cardiovascular or neurological conditions
• Active psychosis, mania, or conditions involving a break from reality

Your physician will determine what is safe for you.

Ketamine may produce temporary effects that include dissociation, perceptual changes, nausea, dizziness, changes in blood pressure, emotional shifts, and cognitive changes.

Ceremonial Boundaries

• You must bring your own prescribed medicine in its original packaging.
• You must arrive sober from alcohol and recreational substances.
• You must arrange safe transportation home after your ceremony.
• You agree not to drive until the following day, after a full night of restful sleep.
• You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive in an unsafe state.

I reserve the right to pause or end a ceremony if your safety or wellbeing requires it.

Emergency Situations

Ceremonial work is not a substitute for emergency care.
If you experience suicidal thoughts or intentions, you agree to contact your medical provider or emergency services immediately.

If concerning symptoms arise during a ceremony, emergency medical services may be called to ensure your safety.
