Ceremonial Ketamine Journey

A ceremonial journey to interrupt repetitive thought, shift entrenched patterns, and open new possibilities for how you experience your life.

You have lived with the noise of your own mind for long enough. You know what it is like to lie awake thinking through the same problem again and again, replaying conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, and searching for the answer that will finally make everything feel manageable. You try to think your way out of feelings, relationships, decisions, memories, and circumstances that keep circling back, until thinking itself becomes exhausting.

Your body carries the tension, your attention becomes consumed by what needs to be figured out, and your ability to step back, see clearly, and experience something different becomes harder to access.

A ceremonial ketamine journey gives you the opportunity to step outside those familiar loops. Sublingual ketamine, when prescribed by your medical doctor, can alter ordinary patterns of perception and create a temporary sense of distance from habitual thought, emotion, and self-reference. For some people, that distance makes it possible to see their lives from a different perspective and experience possibilities that were difficult to access through ordinary thinking.

This is where ceremony matters. You are not simply taking ketamine and seeing what happens. You enter a carefully prepared space with a clear intention, guidance, prayer, ritual, and ongoing care, and I remain with you throughout the experience. The medicine, the environment, the ceremony, your body, and the time we share all become part of the journey.

The experience can create more space around thoughts that have felt relentless and make feelings that have been difficult to approach easier to experience. Old perspectives can loosen, and a problem you have been trying to solve for years can look completely different from another vantage point.

You may come to understand something about yourself that you could not see before, experience a profound sense of connection, relief, love, forgiveness, or possibility, remember what matters to you, or see a relationship, decision, grief, or life circumstance with greater clarity.

The purpose is not to chase a particular experience. The purpose is to create enough space for something true to emerge and then give that experience somewhere to go.

That is why the ceremonial container continues beyond the journey itself. You have time to rest, receive nourishment and care, and integrate your experience through conversation, bodywork, herbal medicine, prayer, and whatever else is appropriate for you. The intention is to help you bring what you experienced into the way you actually live.

A ceremonial ketamine journey is for you when you have been working hard to understand something and still feel caught inside it, when you know another perspective is needed, or when you are ready to step outside the familiar long enough to experience yourself, your life, and your possibilities differently.

You are cared for throughout the journey, and you do not have to perform, produce an insight, or make anything happen. You receive the medicine, I hold the space, and we follow what unfolds.

The experience gives you room to encounter yourself without the constant pressure to figure everything out, and that space can open a different way of relating to what you have been carrying.

Who This Is For

This Journey Is For You If

  • You are exhausted by repetitive thought and want relief from the constant effort of trying to figure everything out.

  • You find yourself caught in the same mental loops, replaying conversations, anticipating problems, searching for answers, or trying to control what cannot be controlled.

  • You feel emotionally overwhelmed, physically tense, depleted, disconnected, or unable to settle.

  • You are carrying grief, fear, anxiety, or experiences that you have not been able to fully process.

  • You have tried therapy, reflection, spiritual practice, or other forms of support and still feel caught in the same place.

  • You want to experience yourself outside of the patterns that have been shaping your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and choices.

  • You want another perspective on a relationship, decision, transition, loss, or period of your life that has become difficult to see clearly.

  • You want space to step outside your usual way of thinking and experience what becomes available when those familiar patterns loosen.

  • You want a ceremonial experience in which you are cared for throughout, with preparation, guidance, prescribed medicine, prayer, bodywork, nourishment, and time for integration.

  • You feel drawn to exploring what becomes possible when you are given enough space to step outside your usual experience and meet yourself from somewhere new.

Health & Safety

Before participating in a ceremonial ketamine journey, you complete a medical evaluation with the prescribing physician. The physician reviews your medical history, current medications, cardiovascular health, mental health history, and any other factors that affect whether ketamine is appropriate and safe for you.

You must have a prescription for your sublingual ketamine from your medical doctor and bring your prescribed medication with you.

You must have safe transportation arranged for your return home after the ceremony, as ketamine can temporarily impair judgment, coordination, and perception.

The prescribing physician determines whether your blood pressure, cardiovascular health, medications, medical conditions, and psychiatric history are compatible with ketamine treatment. Ketamine can produce temporary increases in blood pressure and heart rate, and careful screening and monitoring are part of safe administration.

Pregnancy requires specific medical consideration, and ketamine is generally avoided during pregnancy because of the lack of adequate safety data regarding fetal exposure. Breastfeeding also requires medical review.

Your prescribing physician reviews every medication and supplement you are taking and determines whether anything requires adjustment or further evaluation before your journey.

This Journey Is Not Appropriate If

  • Your prescribing physician determines that ketamine is medically unsafe for you.

  • You have a cardiovascular condition or uncontrolled blood pressure for which a temporary increase in blood pressure would present a serious medical risk.

  • You have a current psychiatric condition that makes a ketamine experience unsafe or requires a higher level of psychiatric care.

  • You are pregnant, and your physician has determined that ketamine is not appropriate during pregnancy.

  • You do not have medical clearance from the prescribing physician.

  • You cannot arrange safe transportation home after the ceremony.

  • You are seeking recreational ketamine use rather than a medically supervised and intentionally held ceremonial experience.

What To Expect

When you enter the ceremony, you step into the Temple, a space prepared specifically for your journey. The altar is tended, the room is prepared, and everything is arranged so you are cared for from the moment you arrive.

The ceremony begins with grounding and intention. You are guided into your body through breath and presence, and you hold your prescribed medicine in your hands as you speak your intention into the space.

As the medicine enters your system, you may notice numbness or tingling around your lips and nose, changes in your sense of your body, or a feeling of becoming lighter. As the journey deepens, your perception may shift and familiar thoughts may become less demanding. You may experience changes in sensation, emotion, memory, imagery, or your sense of time and self. You may speak, sing, cry, move, laugh, or simply rest and take in what is unfolding.

A beautiful playlist carries you through the journey while I remain with you, holding the space, watching over you, and writing down anything you say that may be meaningful for your integration later. Everything you need is cared for while you are in the medicine.

After approximately an hour and a half to an hour and forty minutes, we begin integration while you are still resting. We talk through what you experienced, what you noticed, and what feels important to carry forward. I help you make sense of what emerged without forcing the experience into an interpretation.

You then receive a beautiful meal and time to eat, rest, and return to your body.

After you have eaten and had time to settle, you receive a full earth bodywork session on the table. The bodywork gives you another way to integrate the experience through touch, sensation, breath, and presence.

When you are ready, you are guided into a warm rose herbal bath where you can rest and receive before completing your time in the Temple.

The journey continues to unfold after you leave. In the days and weeks that follow, you may notice changes in your perspective, your emotional responses, your relationships, your choices, and the way you experience yourself.

FAQs

Naomi Amaya Love

I am Naomi Amaya Love, Mystic Medicine Woman, Priestess, and Animal Communicator devoted to guiding you through the pain bodies and into the holy, whole, and healed self.

For more than three decades, I have walked the path of the healer. I have held thousands of ceremonies, guided others through life’s initiations, and witnessed the beauty of true transformation. My own life has been one of fire and devotion. I am the alchemy of trauma, shaped by the sacred fires of experience and guided by grace. The path has taught me that healing is not theory but embodiment, a living practice of returning to the essence of self. Every wound I have tended in myself has become medicine that now serves others.

I walk with those who feel the call to live in devotion, to move beyond grief, fear, and survival, and return to the truth of who they are. My role is to hold the sacred field of remembrance so you may live from your wholeness and strength.

Ceremonies, sessions, medicine days, retreats, mentorships, and apprenticeships offer pathways for healing and awakening. Each one meets you where you are and supports you in returning to harmony with your divine design.

I am attuned to the languages of the subtle, Earth, animals, plants, and the unseen. I listen for what has not been spoken and translate the wisdom that longs to be remembered. This is the bridge I offer, between the visible and invisible, between pain and divine embodiment.

Where the not-self dissolves, your true essence awakens. A sacred return to your holy, whole, and healed self.

Whether we meet in person or virtually, every experience is a ceremony of remembrance, a return to coherence, peace, and sacred alignment with your life.

I invite you to journey inward and awaken the holy, whole, and healed self within. Together we weave your dreams into the fabric of your life, leaving a legacy of truth, beauty, and grace.

In Devotion,
Naomi Amaya Love
