Group Medicine Journeys
An intimate circle devoted to deep healing and embodied transformation.
Group Medicine Journeys are ceremonial gatherings created for people who are called to work in a shared space while still being met as individuals. These gatherings are held with a minimum of six participants and are guided with precision, care, and attentiveness to what is present in each person and in the room as a whole.
When we gather in ceremony, the space becomes a place of listening. Each person arrives with their own history, nervous system, and intention. The work honors this individuality while allowing the shared environment to support depth, continuity, and focus.
These journeys are not about group process or performance. They are about creating the conditions where healing, insight, and reorganization can take place without interruption.
Some healing wants to happen in the presence of others. Being witnessed allows the nervous system to settle in a different way. Shared ceremony can create steadiness, orientation, and a sense of belonging that supports deeper work. We heal in relationship, when two or more are gathered the energy is amplified.
In these gatherings, there is no requirement to share or participate beyond what is true for you. You are supported in staying connected to your own experience while being held within a larger ceremonial rhythm.
Each journey is guided through careful listening to what is alive in the moment. The structure remains steady while the work itself responds to what is revealed. Ceremony, sound, prayer, and stillness are used to support clarity, release, and integration.
The Journey Process
Connection and Assessment
Before joining a group, each participant meets with me for a private twenty minute consultation. This conversation allows us to connect, clarify intentions, and ensure that this form of work is appropriate and supportive. Each participant also completes a health and wellness assessment so physical, emotional, and energetic considerations are held with care.
Preparation
Preparation is part of the ceremony. Participants receive guidance to support the body and nervous system through nourishment, rest, reflection, and grounding. A group orientation offers space to arrive, understand the structure of the journey, and enter the work with clarity.
Ceremony
The ceremony is guided and contained. Through earth based ritual, sound, movement, and intentional tending, we enter a focused ceremonial space. The work unfolds through presence and attunement rather than force or expectation. Each participant is supported in meeting what arises at their own pace.
Integration
Integration allows the work to settle into the body and into life. After the ceremony, the group gathers again to ground and reflect. Participants are offered practices and prompts to support ongoing integration. One to one sessions are available for those who wish for additional support as the work continues to unfold.
How the Work Is Held
Group Medicine Journeys are held with trauma awareness and nervous system sensitivity. Every phase of the process is shaped with respect, clarity, and presence. Group size remains intentionally small so the work stays grounded, contained, and supportive for each participant.
This is shared ceremonial work that honors individuality, sovereignty, and timing. It is held so that what happens here can be lived, not just experienced.
“There are no words for the sacred precision of this work. The group field became a living intelligence. Each of us was working our own piece, yet everything was synchronized. Naomi sees beyond the surface. She speaks to the soul in a way that is both simple and holy. This experience continues to ripple through my life.”
Who Is This for?
Each Group Medicine Journey forms through alignment. The medicine, the intention, the timing, and the people gather together through right relationship and shared prayer. These journeys are for those who feel the call to gather in sacred community, to heal in shared presence, and to walk in devotion with the Earth.
You may feel drawn to this work if you feel ready to enter ceremony in community and experience the power of collective healing.
You value depth, integrity, and care in the healing process.

Each group is curated with care to support harmony, safety, and alignment among participants. The ceremony, the medicine, and the practices chosen arise from the shared intention of those gathered and the wisdom that moves through the collective field.
“The preparation alone began changing my life. By the time I arrived at the ceremony, my body already felt different. Naomi’s way of weaving the elements, sound, and body-based practices brought me back into trust with myself. I left with clarity about my path and a sense of connection I have been missing for years.”
What To Expect
Each Group Medicine Journey is uniquely crafted. The shape of the ceremony depends on the medicine being worked with, the collective intentions, and the energy of the day. The experience is guided in real time and supported by the intelligence of the group field.
Ceremonial guidance and sacred facilitation
Each gathering begins with grounding, orientation, and prayer. The ceremony is held within a consecrated space where reverence and safety create the foundation for transformation. You are guided with steady presence and clear attunement so that your body and heart can open with ease.
Earth-based rituals and elemental stations
Throughout the space, small stations are arranged to honor the elements and support your process. These may include a fire altar for release, a bowl of water for cleansing, sacred herbs for purification, and grounding objects connected to the earth. You are invited to visit these spaces when called, allowing the natural world to assist in your healing.
Somatic and energy-based healing practices
Movement, breathwork, and subtle energy attunement are woven throughout the day. These practices support regulation of the nervous system and deepen your connection to the body. My hands-on or energetic support is offered as needed to help energy move and integrate.
Sacred sound and curated playlist
Sound guides the rhythm of the work. A curated playlist is created for each journey, blended with live drumming, soft song, or chime. Music becomes a bridge for emotional release and remembrance, gently guiding the field into harmony.
Personal altar work and prayer ties
Participants are invited to bring sacred items to place on the collective altar—stones, flowers, or tokens of intention. You may also create prayer ties or offerings that represent what you are releasing or calling in. These acts of devotion give form to prayer and anchor your transformation in the physical world.
Reflection and rest
Quiet time is woven into the flow. You may journal, meditate, or simply rest in silence. The field remains held so that integration can begin to settle even before the ceremony concludes.
Integration guidance and follow-up
Following the journey, we gather for a closing circle and reflection. You will receive an integration guide and access to your playlist, along with gentle practices for grounding and embodiment. Optional private sessions are available for continued support as the medicine of the experience continues to unfold.
“I have done many forms of healing, yet this was different. The ceremony Naomi facilitated opened a portal of remembrance that I didn’t know was possible. The way she held the group, the way she tracked energy, and the devotion in her voice created a field of true coherence. I came face to face with old grief that finally softened into peace.”
