Group Medicine Journeys
An intimate circle devoted to deep healing and embodied transformation.
Within the heart of the Earth lives an ancient invitation to remember, restore, and heal together.
When we gather in ceremony, the field itself becomes medicine.
Each participant carries a unique thread within the collective tapestry of healing.
Every breath is a prayer. Every moment is part of the return.
Group Medicine Journeys are intimate gatherings of a min of six participants.
Each circle is designed to foster transformation through shared ceremonial space.
The work is guided with reverence, safety, and care, honoring the natural rhythm of each participant and the wisdom of the Earth.
The Call to Gather
Healing flourishes in community.
In sacred circle, presence deepens and awareness expands.
The group becomes a living reflection of harmony, compassion, and truth.
Each journey is guided with attentiveness to what life brings forward.
Together we breathe, listen, and honor the wisdom that moves through the collective field.
Through ceremony, sound, and prayer, the space opens for remembrance and release.
These gatherings are pathways of return where body, heart, and spirit come into alignment with the living intelligence of creation.
The Journey Process
1:1 Connection & Health Assessment
Before joining a group, each participant receives a private twenty-minute consultation. This time allows us to connect, align intentions, and ensure that the ceremonial space will support your process. You will also complete a health and wellness assessment so that your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing are fully considered in the design of the journey.
Preparation
Preparation begins the ceremony. You will receive guidance to support your body and mind through nourishment, rest, reflection, and grounding practices. A group orientation offers space for participants to meet, set intentions, and create coherence before entering the field.
Ceremony
The ceremony is a living prayer. Through earth-based ritual, sacred sound, movement, and guided medicine work, we enter a shared field of awareness. Each journey unfolds in real time, shaped by presence and supported by the integrity of the container.
Integration
Integration brings the work into the body and into life. After the ceremony, we gather again to reflect, ground, and embody what has been received. Participants are offered integration tools, journaling prompts, and practices for anchoring awareness. Optional one-to-one sessions provide additional support for those who wish to deepen their integration process.
How the Work Is Held
Each Group Medicine Journey is trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed, and rooted in earth-based wisdom.
Every stage of the process—preparation, ceremony, and integration—is shaped with attentiveness, respect, and care.
The group size remains small to preserve depth and intimacy so that every participant feels seen, supported, and safe within the collective field.
“There are no words for the sacred precision of this work. The group field became a living intelligence. Each of us was working our own piece, yet everything was synchronized. Naomi sees beyond the surface. She speaks to the soul in a way that is both simple and holy. This experience continues to ripple through my life.”
Who is this for?
It depends on the medicine and the intention. Each group forms through alignment — the right people, the right time, and the right prayer.
These journeys are for those who feel the call to gather in sacred community, to heal, to remember, and to walk in devotion with the Earth.
You may feel drawn to this work if you:
Feel ready to enter ceremony in community and experience the power of collective healing.
Value depth, integrity, and care in the healing process.
Seek a space that honors the body, emotions, and spiritual growth with reverence.
Wish to explore your inner landscape through sacred ritual, earth-based ceremony, and shared presence.
Sense that your healing journey is asking to be witnessed and held within a compassionate group field.
Desire to release what has been carried alone and open to deeper connection and belonging.
Feel called to honor the medicine within yourself and within the natural world.
Wish to integrate healing into daily life through embodied mindfulness and devotional living.
Know that gathering in this way will support the next stage of your becoming.
Each group is curated with care to ensure harmony, safety, and alignment among participants. The ceremony, medicine, and practices chosen will reflect the shared intention of those gathered.
“The preparation alone began changing my life. By the time I arrived at the ceremony, my body already felt different. Naomi’s way of weaving the elements, sound, and body-based practices brought me back into trust with myself. I left with clarity about my path and a sense of connection I have been missing for years.”
What to Expect
Each Group Medicine Journey is uniquely crafted. The shape of the ceremony depends on the medicine being worked with, the collective intentions, and the energy of the day. The experience is guided in real time and supported by the intelligence of the group field.
Ceremonial guidance and sacred facilitation
Each gathering begins with grounding, orientation, and prayer. The ceremony is held within a consecrated space where reverence and safety create the foundation for transformation. You are guided with steady presence and clear attunement so that your body and heart can open with ease.
Earth-based rituals and elemental stations
Throughout the space, small stations are arranged to honor the elements and support your process. These may include a fire altar for release, a bowl of water for cleansing, sacred herbs for purification, and grounding objects connected to the earth. You are invited to visit these spaces when called, allowing the natural world to assist in your healing.
Somatic and energy-based healing practices
Movement, breathwork, and subtle energy attunement are woven throughout the day. These practices support regulation of the nervous system and deepen your connection to the body. My hands-on or energetic support is offered as needed to help energy move and integrate.
Sacred sound and curated playlist
Sound guides the rhythm of the work. A curated playlist is created for each journey, blended with live drumming, soft song, or chime. Music becomes a bridge for emotional release and remembrance, gently guiding the field into harmony.
Personal altar work and prayer ties
Participants are invited to bring sacred items to place on the collective altar—stones, flowers, or tokens of intention. You may also create prayer ties or offerings that represent what you are releasing or calling in. These acts of devotion give form to prayer and anchor your transformation in the physical world.
Reflection and rest
Quiet time is woven into the flow. You may journal, meditate, or simply rest in silence. The field remains held so that integration can begin to settle even before the ceremony concludes.
Integration guidance and follow-up
Following the journey, we gather for a closing circle and reflection. You will receive an integration guide and access to your playlist, along with gentle practices for grounding and embodiment. Optional private sessions are available for continued support as the medicine of the experience continues to unfold.
“I have done many forms of healing, yet this was different. The ceremony Naomi facilitated opened a portal of remembrance that I didn’t know was possible. The way she held the group, the way she tracked energy, and the devotion in her voice created a field of true coherence. I came face to face with old grief that finally softened into peace.”
