Ceremonial Bodywork
A ceremony of deep somatic and shamanic bodywork, restoring harmony and coherence throughout your whole being.
So many of us are living outside of ourselves, in our heads, reaching toward tomorrow or tangled in yesterday. We lose connection with our breath, physical presence, and spirit, creating dissonance between what we think, what we feel, and how we are living.
Ceremonial Bodywork is a calling of the spirit home, a return to the body as vessel.
Held within an earth-centered healing ceremony, your awareness is invited inward as I work with what you are carrying and what surfaces beneath my hands.
Your intention guides the ceremony. I listen for where you are holding, where movement wants to return, and what is ready to be tended. Trauma-informed, masterful touch moves between deep, rhythmic strokes and subtle energetic attunement, following what I feel rather than a prescribed sequence.
Plants brush across the skin or rhythmically meet the bones, awakening sensation and drawing you deeper into yourself. The drum offers a rhythm to settle into as prayer moves through the field, calling mind, body, and spirit toward greater harmony. Smoke clears and blesses, while blessing waters, rose elixirs, oils, and medicines of the Earth support the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of your experience.
As you surrender more deeply into receiving, breath becomes a pathway for your spirit to return. Held experiences begin to unwind, and what has been moving separately within you begins to come back into relationship.
Every ceremony is created for you. I follow what reveals itself, working with what has been held and restoring connection where there has been dissonance.

What To Expect
The Ceremonial Arc & Healing Arts Woven Within
Each ceremonial session begins with a check-in to listen for what desires focus and attention, honoring what is present in your life and body. From there, the ceremony takes shape through the subtle language of body, mind, energy, and spirit, revealing what asks to be seen, tended, released, or restored.
Earth & Elemental Medicines
Smoke, anointing oils, blessing waters, flower essences, prayer, and plants are woven throughout the ceremony. Plants are brushed or rhythmically tapped across the skin and bones, inhaled, or anointed onto the skin. Scent awakens the senses and draws you into deeper relationship with yourself and the Earth, while these medicines support clearing, grounding, and embodiment.
Trauma-Informed, Masterful Touch
Hands-on healing follows your rhythm and what I feel beneath my hands. Pressure, pace, movement, and stillness respond to you throughout the ceremony, allowing guarding to soften, tension to release, the nervous system to settle, and your awareness to return more fully to yourself.
Sound, Breath & Energy Healing
Drum, rattle, singing bowls, and voice create rhythm and vibration through and around you, quieting mental activity and drawing your awareness inward. Gentle attention to breath supports nervous system regulation and creates a pathway for your spirit to ride home into your body. Prayer and energy healing work through the subtle field, clearing what feels heavy or stagnant and bringing energy back into movement.
Bodywork & Therapeutic Tending
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, Organ Massage, and other hands-on techniques are woven together according to what your body reveals. Long, rhythmic strokes work through muscle and fascia, relieving tension while connecting one area of the body to another. Craniosacral holds invite deep stillness, lymphatic massage supports fluid movement, and abdominal and organ massage bring focused care to the inner landscape. Together, these approaches restore movement, connection, and a felt sense of wholeness throughout your body.
Wise Womb, Ovarian & Breast Massage
External massage through the abdomen gently coaxes the womb toward optimal position, releases tension and congestion through the pelvis, and supports circulation, lymphatic flow, digestion, and reproductive function. Ovarian and breast massage extends this care through the feminine body, supporting menstrual and hormonal health while bringing focused attention to areas carrying tenderness, restriction, or holding.
Integration & Closing
Time is given for everything to settle before the ceremony closes through prayer, sound, anointing, or blessing. This gives your system space to integrate what has moved before you return to your day grounded, present, and complete.
You leave deeply tended and restored, with greater coherence between your mind, body, spirit, and Holy Self.
