Are you experiencing these symptoms with your cycle?
Did you know that your womb moves in and out of optimal position?
The womb is a hollow, suspensory organ held by ligaments within the pelvic bowl. The womb is meant to expand and contract with menstruation and pregnancy.
Many factors affect the alignment of the womb, including lifestyle factors such as diet and nutrition, stress, aging, high impact exercise, accidents, and injuries.
These can all impact the strength and health of the ligaments inside the pelvic bowl that hold the uterus in place. Other contributing factors include traumas associated with difficult pregnancy and labor, sexual and gynecological trauma, miscarriages, abortion, and more.
There are physical, emotional and spiritual consequences of a non-optimally placed womb. Today we are speaking specifically to physical manifestations. When the womb is in a non-optimal position, it and other related systems of flow won’t get the nourishment they need in order to be in their full divine expression as organs and as collaborative systems.
Some of the resulting physical symptoms and pathologies include: PMS, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS, severe cramping, painful intercourse, lack of sensation during sex, disconnection, ovulatory pain, infertility, chronic miscarriages, and difficult peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms.
