Honoring your sacred needs as your birthright
Your sacred needs are those needs that don’t rest until they are met.
Your sacred needs are non-negotiable.
It starts with you honoring them. It is from this place that you can speak your needs to others because you have the ability to do it for yourself. It is not to say that you can’t ask for a need to be met when you are unable to meet them…AND it is also more challenging if there isn’t a path that has been built to honor them.
This is why I developed the Womb Temple Apprenticeship. To create space for you to explore your sacred needs and begin to give yourself what you need. It is from here that another is more able to meet you.
If you are on the fence and desire to learn from and with me, I invite you to read what a few of the folks who attended our free retreat shared.
I was in tears reading what everyone shared with me after they experienced this work for themselves.
In shamanism, we talk about direct results. In just three days, hundreds of people received the transmission of exactly what they needed through the way I teach, hold space, and share.

“I’ve experienced fibroids, anemia, painful periods, I’ve read that women of color experience fibroids at a higher rate and that is true for me—we seem to carry all the collective wounds of our family and ethnic community. The fact that other women have experienced what I’ve endured, makes me feel less alone. I felt a strong sense of community and nonjudgmental space over the weekend. Naomi has such a gentle voice and ability to be vulnerable which made me feel safely held in the container she creates.” - Rita
“I’m a yoga instructor and herbalist by profession. I was recently in a severe car accident in which I sustained multiple life threatening injuries. While I’ve followed Naomi on social media for several years now, this retreat was strongly calling to me. All of the retreats and certifications I have participated in have always been about helping others. This one was about healing myself. I posteriorly dislocated and fractured my hip last year in a head-on collision. My cycle and relationship with my womb has been different ever since. I sought this retreat out to get a better understanding of the injury that may have occurred to my womb and to rekindle a deeper connection to my womb space. I Loved loved loved the Retreat! My biggest take away was learning Womb placements. Womb massages. Most importantly self love and trust. Naomi is light hearted and has an ability to nurture, and support in all seriousness but to be silly and fun as well.” - Mary
“Very grateful for finding the womb healing community, I used to be very disconnected from my body and spirituality was a way for me to escape, since I found shamanism and more women centered spirituality (earth based beliefs) I feel more integrated and grounded and can finally enjoy my body slowly and learn to be with myself happy and content not needing a saviour outside of myself some spirit or guru but I learn to trust my body's wisdom and start to respect the female way rather than thinking its weak and that's why I need to be more like a man to survive.. Seeing how down to earth Naomi is and how she created the container, she is not about promoting herself or selling, she is loving and empowering at the same time.” - Anjali
“I'm very happy that I joined this course. I've been on a journey to heal my womb. She's very herself and doesn't hold back, I feel we have similar personalities and I can relate to her.” - Sara Barrios
“I am a 31 years old woman from French Guiana in South America. For 2 years, I've felt the desire to be more in touch with the feminine aspect of my identity. This retreat enabled me to realize that my current fatigue, frustration and anger were the mere expressions of me giving away my own authority, feeling trapped by other people's (in)action. This gave me a lot of relief though I realized that being the bossy girl is not synonymous with being in my sovereignty. Such a realization ! I really appreciated the massage and dancing techniques that Naomi offered so generously. They are simple ways, yet terrific, to honor myself and to "feel" love throughout my body. I loved Naomi’s authenticity and true connection. She showed me with love how I can be both a healer and in the healing process at the same time, that being totally ok. No necessity to be perfectly "woke.” - Cynthia
“I'm an indigenous person who has been searching for educational healing material for myself that is inclusive toward people. The Retreat was absolutely wonderful and felt safe and informative. My biggest take away was that my womb holds more than I ever realized. I appreciated the inclusive language used regarding wombs and bodies and this path. If you feel even the slightest call to join, then that's a sign that it's worth checking out.” - Kaelyn Rodriguez
“This past weekend was so transformative and I cannot wait to learn more and grow to know the wise womb way. My biggest take away was, take time for you and be nice to yourself. Naomi is raw and real. She wants us to help take our power back and is very inspiring!“ -Alexis Hanson
“I hold a lot of sexual trauma I'm working through and also I've been very resistant to being a mother my whole life, although I know that it's meant for me. I know working with my womb would be incredibly healing. My friend Shanda invited me and said amazing things about Naomi and the apprenticeship she's in. Also, my guides told me that it would open up my creativity again after 2 years of it "vanishing" from me (which was incredibly painful) - and sure enough, it did!!! I'm so incredibly grateful for that magical gift. Choosing happiness and self care as my priority. Everyone always talks about spiritual bypassing, but no one talks about the exact opposite, which is what I experience. I go into my shadow work, and I stay there and can't get out. How our womb affects our ability to create in other ways - to be creative and be in our feminine Empress energy. Also, what it means when someone is very resistant to motherhood - it's clearly a trauma response to an awful childhood upbringing, but I'd like to know more about the connection there. Naomi has a beautiful zen-like energy about her, but badass at the same time with very interesting but relatable funny stories. The way she phrases things and explains concepts was quite profound for me. Many of the things she spoke about were not new concepts to me and ones that I've learned from other spiritual teachers over the course of the last few years. But she says them in a way that actually sinks in - instead of surface-level knowledge. What I find most endearing and safe about her is the way in which empowers others and to make everyone feel as if they're on the same "level" as her.“ - Danette B.
“I am a 27 year old female student of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a focus on Women's Health. Womb healing is an essential component to healing and connecting Women back to their essence. This retreat 100% inspired me in so many ways. I feel like I gained so much insight and experiencing such wisdom has helped me drastically. My biggest take away was learning about personal responsibility and energetic hygiene and also speaking up for myself and not overriding my intuition because it will lead to internal betrayal guilt. Naomi is so compassionate and calm. Her humor is lovely and openness to sharing her own personal experiences is amazing. If you are on the fence about joining Naomi in one of her offerings, I want to just share how important it is to set the tone for life in general...having a strong foundation in the core of our essence and how to listen.” - Blakely Colvin
