The Key to Living Life as Ceremony

I have been thinking about living life as a ceremony and how when you take this approach to all that you do inside of life it brings presence and intention into all of your actions.

Living life in this way takes the mundane and alchemizes it into service for yourself or for another. It takes the small acts of cooking for yourself, going to the store, or interacting with other beings out of autopilot and invites presence in.

What we all need and crave in our lives is unconditional presence.

Resistance often convinces us to avoid presence, it often has a story that is aligned with separation and isolation, of them and us. It keeps us held in outdated ways of relating and being.

So what do you do when Resistance comes in?

The KEY to moving through Resistance is to cultivate a loving relationship with all aspects of yourself. Sounds simple yet it is a challenging thing to do. Cultivating a loving relationship with yourself requires a few ingredients to activate its energy and one of those ingredients is trust.

Cultivating trust requires small consistent actions where you give yourself what YOU need. This means you need to know how to listen to yourself, not just the mind, not the stories, but your truest essence which requires the remembrance that you are something more than the sum total of your experiences, that you are something more than this physical form, that you are a part of this living web of creation.

How to Remember your True Self

Below I have included a beautiful meditation to inspire your remembrance. I would recommend doing this meditation for a few days in a row and if possible try it for 21 days. The old outdated way of thinking and being takes time to unravel. Repetition is KEY to creating new neural pathways towards remembering who you truly are.
