Invitation into Sacred Ceremony With Fire
You are invited beauty to gather under the moonlight in sacred circle to sit with the Holy Flame of Divine Light — the Spirit of Fire.
So many of us carry weight that was never ours to hold. The burdens of family, ancestors, clients, friends, and even the heaviness of the world. Over time, this weight begins to take a toll — draining health, scattering energy, clouding clarity, and pressing down on spirit. It can show up as exhaustion, looping struggles, dissonance in the mind, or a heart that feels heavy with what does not belong.
The fire knows how to tend to this. It clears the static and dissonance, dissolves burdens, and transforms density into light. Simply sitting in its presence begins the work. When you allow yourself to open, the Spirit of Fire restores vitality, clears illusion, and illuminates the path ahead.
In this ceremony, we attune to heart coherence and step into reverent partnership with the Spirit of Fire. Drum and rattle guide us as we make offerings for the old stories, obstacles, and heaviness we are ready to release.
The fire will receive them, alchemizing density into light. From this place of release, we call in blessings. Together we make offerings for our dreams, our prayers, and our desires. This is where clarity, renewal, and alignment come alive.
You will leave feeling lighter, your energy restored, your heart more open, and your path illuminated. The Spirit of Fire reminds you of your essence, and gives you back to yourself.
What to Bring
A natural offering for the fire: dried herbs, tobacco, small prayer ties, or a handwritten letter you wish to release (please, no fresh plants or flowers.)
Your journal and pen to capture reflections and insights.
Drum or rattle, if you have one, to join the rhythm of the circle.
Comfort items for sitting outside: a cushion or chair, a blanket, and warm layers.
Water and a nourishing snack to keep your body cared for.
Optional: gather your own herbs such as mountain juniper or evergreens, cut into small pieces for offerings.
How to Prepare
Your preparation begins before you arrive. Take time to sit with yourself, pen in hand, and listen closely. The fire works most deeply when you come with clarity.
Journal with these guiding questions:
What burdens am I carrying that are not mine to hold — from family, ancestors, clients, or even the weight of the world?
Where in my body do I feel this heaviness, and what does it feel like to imagine setting it down?
What story about myself have I outgrown, but still carry as truth?
What am I afraid to release, even though I know it no longer serves me?
What has been the cost of carrying this weight — on my health, my energy, my relationships, my clarity?
What blessings are longing to find me once I make space for them?
What qualities of being — peace, clarity, love, abundance, devotion — do I most want the fire to magnify in me?
What dream or desire have I been quietly tending that I am ready to name aloud?
How do I want to walk forward from this fire — in my relationships, my work, my path?
Refrain from alcohol the night before and the day after the ceremony. Drink plenty of water, eat nourishing food, and arrive by 6:15 PM so the circle may open together. Please only join us if you are able to be on time.
Gather your offerings with care — whether dried herbs, prayer ties, or a handwritten note — so that each one carries meaning.
Come ready. The Spirit of Fire will meet you there.
What to Expect
We begin with an opening invocation, collectively attuning to heart coherence so that each of us is rooted in our holy and healed self.
I will drum and rattle to guide us into deep presence and reverence with the Spirit of Fire. You are welcome to bring your own drum or rattle to join the rhythm.
Each person will have time to work with the fire. You may whisper your prayers into the flames while the drum carries them, or speak them aloud if you feel called. First, we shed — offering burdens, old stories, looping struggles, static, obstacles, and the heaviness you are ready to set down.
Once the fire has received what no longer serves, we begin to feed it with our blessings. This is the moment to name what you are calling in, to align with the direction of your soul, and to offer prayers for the dreams and desires you are ready to welcome.
We close the ceremony in gratitude, held in the radiance of the fire, leaving lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected.
