The Art of Coherent Manifestation
The reality you are living today is shaped by the choices, experiences, conditioning, beliefs, and assumptions of yesterday.
In order to manifest the dream you are dreaming for yourself and for the collective, you may need to return to what you have already lived and meet it in a way that allows it to no longer shape your perception, your choices, and your sense of what is possible.
You can see what you want and you can feel what is possible for you, and at the same time you may notice that your reactions, your emotional patterns, and your lived experiences continue to reflect the pain of what you have already lived.
You may find yourself in familiar dynamics, feeling the same reactions rise in your body, and moving through situations in ways that do not match the dream you are dreaming for yourself.
This is because your past experiences continue to live in your body as a felt reality, shaping your perception, your choices, and your reactions long after the moment itself has passed.
Your system learned to organize around what it assumed was real through those experiences, and your life continues to reflect that pattern.
This can feel disorienting because your awareness has changed and your life has not yet reorganized to reflect it.
When you direct your attention toward a new possibility, what you are manifesting, your body is often still responding from what it has already assumed as truth based on your past experience.
There is a way to meet this directly and bring your system into a different state.
Return to the experience as you remember it, and you begin to notice the imprint it left behind in your body, the feeling, the tone, the frequency that is still present within you.
Take a breath and acknowledge what is there without turning away from it, and allow yourself to feel it fully so it can be met with awareness and presence.
From there, call upon the alchemist of the heart and allow that feeling to be held, softened, and transformed through your breath, your attention, and your willingness to be with it.
Once the charge begins to shift, take a moment to imagine how you wished the experience had unfolded, how you wished you had acted, how you wished it had been received, and how you wished it had resolved.
Notice the gap between what you experienced and what you desired, and you bring your breath and your awareness to it.
Welcome the inner alchemist to tend to that gap so that the frequency of that experience as you remember it can begin to shift. (We will unpack this more in the coming weeks)
Once you feel that shift, go back to how you wished the event or situation had gone, and imagine how you would feel in your body. Imagine the sensations, the feelings you would feel.
Allow these sensations to anchor into your body, your field as if it has already happened
Affirm the new story through your sensory self with daily repetition of the practice and affirmations to support the revision of past assumptions, conditioning, perceptions and beliefs.
Offer the healed frequency to the greater collective so it serves the whole.
The result is your system begins to reorganize, and you are able to align with a different outcome in a way that your body can receive as truth.
Watch how your life begins to move differently because you are no longer creating from the same outdated internal reference point.
This is the place where the art of coherent manifestation becomes grounded in your lived experience.
