As I’ve shared with you in my womb epiphany stories, I was struggling with severe pain and undiagnosable symptoms.
I felt like I was broken, and I wanted nothing more than to tear my womb out.
Then I had a breakdown that led to a breakthrough, which flipped the lens through which I saw things upside down.
I realized my body didn’t need to be fixed. What I needed was to be met with love.
One of the biggest disparities I’ve seen through traveling around the world and witnessing humanity is that we don’t know how to truly meet one another.
I’ve seen through working with 60,000 clients over almost 30 years, that we don’t even know how to meet ourselves.
One of the most healing experiences you can have is to share what is present for you with someone who can just take you into their heart.
There is no fixing you or taking it personally, no taking it on or making your experience about them. They just take you into their heart, and they acknowledge you.
Intimacy = into me, see.
One of our greatest fears and greatest desires is to be seen.
And, we often put up so many barriers between ourselves and others because we are afraid that somebody might see something they don’t like.
When we are able to embrace the fullness of ourselves, we can allow ourselves to be truly seen because there is nothing that we are running from.
The womb, the sexual palace, is one of our most intimate areas.
It can be the portal to our greatest pains and our greatest pleasures.
It is the full embrace, as it holds it all in its profound power, depth and capacity.
Connecting to this space expands our own capacity to be intimate with ourselves and fully meet what is there with love, which then allows us to be fully intimate with others.
