Do you experience physical, emotional, or mental symptoms related to your menstrual cycle?
These symptoms can manifest as PMS, ovarian cysts, fibroid, endometriosis, PMDD, infertility, painful sex, mood swings, depression, or irritability.
There can be many causes of these symptoms, including diet, lifestyle, and womb placement, which I will share more with you in the coming weeks.
What I want to speak about today is the womb pain-body. It is also known as the feminine pain-body, which can be described as an energetic residue of the collective experience of womb carriers throughout history.
Our ancestors weren’t allowed to speak their truth, share their voice, and say ‘no,’ most often forced to go along with or submit to their husbands’ or family duties.
Womb carriers were considered property. They were not Sovereign, meaning they did not have agency over their bodies or lives.
This unhealed aspect of the womb pain-body can manifest today as symptoms associated with your menstrual cycle, and the discord we are collectively experiencing in our world today.
You can see this manifest in the way we relate with our planet, ourselves, and one another without respect for life in all beings.
The womb is where life begins for all of us, the starting point for our journey here on Earth. Located at the center of the pelvic bowl, the womb represents the unconscious and holds within it the memories of lifetimes lived, both your own and your ancestors.
The womb pain-body is a field of unhealed, unconscious energy that is woven into the collective fabric, holding the unhealed wounds of all those who came before you.
The womb wound has been perpetuated by the patriarchy for millennia, and we now have the opportunity, along with the ingredients needed, to stop perpetuating these wounds and heal them together for the benefit of all.
The first step to healing the womb pain-body is to become aware of its existence.
When you become aware of how some of the pain you’re experiencing is coming from womb wounds, you can start to discern what is really your pain vs pain you’ve inherited from the collective or your lineages.
This helps you to not take it so personally, setting you free from heavy emotions and self-blame that make the healing path even harder than it needs to be.
It also helps you to stop unintentionally acting as an agent of the patriarchy, as you’re no longer allowing those dynamics and patterns to live within and through you.
It is only when you are no longer manipulated consciously or unconsciously by the patriarchy’s agenda that you can be in your sovereignty.
Healing your womb pain-body opens a portal of healing for physical symptoms, helping them to be reduced or eliminated at their root.
As you begin to heal womb wounds and step into sovereignty, your healing creates access points in the collective field that makes it easier for others to heal womb wounds, too.
