Building a business asks a great deal of everyone involved. There are years of growth and change, relationships that evolve as the work evolves, unexpected losses, hard seasons, celebrations, successes, and countless hours spent bringing a shared vision into form. So much happens along the way, and very little of it is ever given the time or space to be acknowledged together.
Bringing people together gives you the opportunity to care for the relationships at the heart of the business. It gives everyone time away from the usual rhythm of work to be together, reconnect, have conversations that need time and care, honor what you have been through, celebrate what you have created, and strengthen how you move forward together.
The art of ceremony and ritual gives us a way of acknowledging those moments in life that change us. We understand this in our personal lives, where we gather around births, deaths, marriages, and endings. Businesses move through thresholds of their own when a beloved colleague leaves, a founder steps into a different role, a small company becomes a large one, a team survives a year that asked too much of everyone, or a long-held vision finally comes to fruition. A chapter ends, and the people who built it together deserve the opportunity to recognize where they have been before moving forward.
For more than thirty years, I have held people through major thresholds, from birth to death and all the stages and initiations in between. I am a master of my craft and have a keen ability to see and hear what others miss, feel the dynamics within a group, create safety and trust, and tend what emerges without losing sight of why we have gathered. I can move between tenderness, humor, difficult conversations, celebration, ritual, and silence while keeping the group connected to the experience we came together to have.
I bring the art of ceremony to founders, businesses, creative companies, communities, and corporations that care about the relationships at the heart of what they are building. You may be gathering after a demanding year, preparing for a change in leadership, welcoming new members to the team, tending relationships that have become strained, celebrating what you have accomplished, or giving the people who have spent years caring for the work an opportunity to be cared for themselves.
We begin with a consultation so I can learn about the business you have built, the purpose of the gathering, the strengths and challenges within your team, and what you want everyone to take away from the experience. I use what you share with me to create a ceremony specifically for your gathering.

I build the flow of our time around the outcome you want, choosing and creating each practice according to what I learn about your team and the energy of the group.
My care begins the moment you say yes. I prepare the experience and the space, tend to how everyone will arrive, and prepare what is needed while leaving room for what reveals itself once we are together. Once we begin, I follow the energy of the group and the field they create together, adjusting the pace and what I have prepared according to what is happening in the room.
You are welcome to take your place beside the people you brought together and experience the gathering with them, deepening your own relationship with the group rather than spending the day making sure everyone else is cared for.

Investment
Every gathering is created for your team, with pricing shaped by the duration of the experience, group size, and location.
Bespoke experiences begin at $5,000.
Travel and accommodation expenses are additional and arranged separately.
Half-day, full-day, and multi-day experiences are available in Boulder, Colorado and worldwide.
FAQs
How large a group can you work with?
I work with groups of up to thirty people on my own. Larger gatherings are possible with additional support, which is arranged and priced separately.
How far in advance should we book?
It depends on the season and my calendar. Reach out with the dates you are considering, and we can see what is possible.
Do you provide the venue?
No. We choose the location together during the consultation. The venue, food, accommodations, travel, and any additional supplies are arranged separately and at your expense. Your investment with me covers the creation and facilitation of your experience and the support of your team before, during, and after we gather.
What if some of our team is not spiritual?
Everyone is welcome exactly as they are. The experience is created for the people who will be in the room, and nobody is asked to participate in a spiritual practice that does not feel right for them. I have held gatherings where people arrived open and excited, where people arrived skeptical, and where both were true in the same room. Everyone belongs.
Does everyone have to participate in everything?
Everyone chooses their own level of participation throughout the experience. Harmony and coherence build through the group being present together, so I encourage everyone to remain engaged with the gathering even when they choose not to participate in a particular practice.
Can you work alongside our existing retreat or offsite?
Yes. I can create and facilitate one part of a larger retreat, offsite, conference, or team gathering.
Do you facilitate this virtually?
No. These experiences are held in person.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes. I travel throughout the United States and internationally. Travel and accommodation expenses are additional to the gathering fee.
How do we secure our date?
A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before we gather.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is usually possible and is handled case by case. Reach out as soon as you know your plans have changed, and we will find the best way forward.
