You may not have words for what you are carrying. You only know that something feels missing, and the life you are living does not always feel like yours.
For decades, I have sat with women in the temple who have spent years giving everything to everyone else while quietly doubting their own place in the world. Their own body and spirit waiting to be met.
They often arrive unaware of how far they have strayed from themselves. It happens slowly, one day at a time, until you realize you no longer know what you want, what you need, or what your own body has been trying to tell you.
When a woman comes into presence with herself, a quiet coherence returns. With it comes the remembrance that she was holy long before she learned to earn it.
This is the Holy Woman beneath the conditioning.
She is the intelligence living in your body that your mind has been overriding. She is the one who has been asking, quietly, to be met. She is the part of you that already knows the way home.
When she begins to return, the quality of your life changes from the inside. Your body becomes easier to hear. Your choices become cleaner. Your devotion becomes something you live through your breath, your prayers, your boundaries, and the way you tend your own life.
